From 1st July 2025, Heathmont Healthcare Centre will transition to a Mixed Billing Practice. An out-of-pocket gap fee of $30 will apply to all consultations (including telehealth).
We will continue to bulk bill children under 16, pensioners, concession card holders, DVA Gold Card holders, and patients identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander for consultations.
We accept walk-ins, we will give preference to bookings if you prefer to make an appointment.

After Hours And Emergency Care
If you or a family member has any medical needs outside of practice hours, please contact 134 100 (Hello Home Doctor Service) for an appointment.

Language Support
For patients that require Language Support, patients can arrange interpreters on their phones or let our reception know prior to the appointment, so we can make arrangements or advise what options we can provide you.
Our Clinic currently supports the following languages- English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Shanghainese, Teochew
Cancellations
Please note that 2 hours’ notice is required to cancel appointments to allow us to offer the appointment to someone else. Otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.

Heathmont Healthcare Centre is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and security of patients personal health information at all times, and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
Medical records are the property of the practice. Patients have the right to access their medical records. Only written requests on the appropriate practice form for access to medical records will be accepted. Please contact our reception for more details
